There’s a new Doctor on the way in late 2023 (after a quick sojourn with David Tennant), and with the casting of Ncuti Gatwa as the next Doctor, the TARDIS will never be the same! We’ll discuss all aspects of people of color in Doctor Who, in front of the camera and behind the scenes. What did the Whittaker/Chibnall era accomplish in terms of diverse representation amongst companions, writers, directors, and others? What worked and what did not? And what should we expect with the second coming of showrunner Russell T. Davies?
